Ingredients
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tp. white pepper
- 2 medium cucumbers
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley or dill
Directions
- In a small saucepan, mix first 4 ingredients and 2 Tbsp. water; bring to boil. Cool. Wash cucumbers, partially peel and slice thin. Put in serving dish and add vinegar mixture. Sprinkle with parsley. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours before serving. Serve with liver pate or other meats.
