Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 box strawberry Jell-O
- 1/2 cup water, plus 2 Tbsp.
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 15.5 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries (save remainder for cake icing)
- Icing:
- 1 stick butter
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
- 1/2 bag frozen strawberries
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place cake mix, dry Jell-O, oil, eggs and water into Large bowl; mix well. Bake in a 9 × 13 inch pan for 30 minutes. (If using a Bundt pan, bake for 40 minutes).
- Icing: Melt butter, stir in powdered sugar, add remaining strawberries. Adjust sugar if needed and stir until smooth. Spread over cooled cake.
