Tullis Smoky Dry Rub and braising sauce

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. smoked paprika
- 1 Tbsp. kosher salt
- 2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. ground red pepper
- 1 tsp. cumin
- for braising sauce:
- 1 cup juice
- 1 Tbsp. rub( Tullis recipe above)
- 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 minced garlic clove

For dry rub:
- Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl. (Store used portion in airtight container)

- Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate up to 1 week in covered container.
