Ingredients
- For the Honey Sriracha Sauce
- 1 cup water
- 3 tbsp sriracha or 2 tbsp for a sweeter taste
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic minced
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tbsp honey or 2 tbsp for a spicier taste
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- For the Chicken
- 4 chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 2 tbsp olive oil or any cooking oil of your choice

For the Honey Sriracha Sauce
- First prepare the chicken, cleaning and cutting into bite sized pieces. Set it aside.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, stir together water, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic, sugar, and honey. Bring to a boil.
- In a small bowl, create slurry by whisking together 2 tablespoons each of cornstarch and water.
- Add the slurry to the saucepan, whisking together until thickened, then reduce heat to low.

For the Chicken
- In a large plastic bag, pour in the 1/3 cup cornstarch and the diced chicken. Seal the bag and shake until the chicken is completely coated in cornstarch.
- In a large skillet, warm oil over medium high heat. Add chicken to skillet, then saute until chicken is cooked through and breading is golden brown, about 5-10 minutes.

Putting it All Together
- Add the chicken to the saucepan with the honey sirarcha sauce, tossing to coat.
- Serve immediately.
