Avocado dip

Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled, halved and stone removed
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 ripe tomato, deseeded and chopped
- 1/4 cucumber, chopped
- handful fresh coriander, chopped
- crisps and carrot sticks, to serve
Directions

Using a fork, mash the avocado in a bowl with the lemon juice and garlic, until still quite chunky. Stir in the tomato, cucumber and coriander, then season to taste.

Transfer to a bowl and serve with the crisps and carrot sticks.
