Blueberry and Currant Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 quart blueberries
  • 1 pint currants
  • 2 cups sugar

Directions

  1. Pick over and wash blueberries; stem and wash currants. Crush fruit and cook about 15 minutes. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Cook rapidly until thick, pour into clean hot jars and seal.
  2. makes 4 half pint jars
