Ingredients
- 1 quart currant
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
Directions
- Stem and wash currants. Combine sugar and water and heat to boiling, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Boil rapidly for 5 minutes. Add currants and boil rapidly for 15 minutes. Pour into clean hot jars and seal.
