Ingredients
- 4 tsp. unflavored gelatin
- 2 cups unsweetened apple juice, divided use
- 2 Tbsp. liquid saccharin
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- Food coloring, if desired
Directions
- Sterilize jars. Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup of the apple juice. Bring remaining 1 1/2 cups juice to boil; remove from heat. Add softened gelatin, stirring to dissolve. Add liquid saccharin, lemon juice and coloring, if desired. Bring to a full rolling boil. Pour into hot, sterilized jars. Seal, cool and store in the refrigerator.
