Ingredients
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- 3 1/2 quarts water
- 10 cups sugar
Directions
- Wash and dry fruit. Slice very thin, add water and let stand overnight. Cook until tender and let stand overnight. Add sugar, cook until jelly tear is obtained. Pour into clean hot glasses and seal.
