Very Vanilla ice Cream

Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 2/3 cup superfine granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp. white corn syrup
- 2 cups half and half
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 4 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
- In a medium bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar and syrup until thick and lemon-colored. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until blended.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn following manufacturer’s directions, about 35 minutes.
