Mac A roo ‘n’ Cheese

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 c milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. paprika
  • 8 oz. Velveeta cheese (cubed)
  • 12 oz. rigatoni pasta (cooked)

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a medium pan and whisk in the flour, stirring to thicken. Do not brown butter.

  2. Whisk in milk, salt and paprika.

  3. Then add Velveeta until sauce thickens.

  4. Add the cooked pasta. Serve warm.
