Chocolate Eclair Dessert

Ingredients
- 1- regular box of graham crackers
- Pudding Mix:
- 2- pk.(3oz) vanilla instant pudding
- 1 (10-12oz) cool whip
- 3 c milk
- Glaze:
- 1/3 c chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp. margarine/butter
- 3 tbsp. light Karo syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp. milk
Directions

Pudding Mix:

Mix pudding and milk, then fold in Cool Whip

Glaze:

Melt chocolate and butter.

Stir in Karo syrup, milk and vanilla.

Beat in the powdered sugar.

In 9×13 pan, put 1 layer of graham crackers

Then make a layer with 1/2 of pudding mix.

A second layer of graham crackers

A second layer of pudding mix.

A third layer of graham crackers.

Finally a layer of the chocolate glaze.

Chill 6 hours before serving.
