Thin Mint Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c softened butter
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1/3 c milk
  • 3/4 tsp. mint extract
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 c flour
  • 1/3 c cocoa
  • 1/4 c cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 lb. dark or white chocolate candy coat -melt
  • sprinkles

Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.

  2. Beat in milk and extracts.

  3. Combine the flour, cocoa, cornstarch and salt.

  4. Gradually add to cream mixture. Mix well.

  5. Shape dough into two 1 1/2" rolls.

  6. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap. Freeze 2 hrs.

  7. Cut into 1/4" slices.

  8. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes

  9. Dip in candy coating and place on wax paper.

  10. Sprinkle
