Blueberry Upside-down Cake

Ingredients
- 4 c blueberries
- 1 1/3 sugar
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/4 c sugar
- 1/2 c butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c flour
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c milk
Directions

Place blueberries in buttered 9×13 pan.

Sprinkle w/ sugar and cornstarch.

Sprinkle with lemon juice.

Then cream sugar, butter, eggs & vanilla.

Add flour, baking powder & salt.

Pour over blueberries.

Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

Cool 10 minutes, then invert.
