Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c flour
- 3/4 c sugar
- 2 tbs. unsweetened cocoa
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c milk
- 2 tbs. butter or margarine (melted)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c sugar
- 2 tbsp. cocoa
- dash salt
- 1 1/3 heated water
Directions

Cake:

Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt.

Stir in milk, butter and vanilla.

Spread batter in ungreased 9" round pan.

Sugar mixture:

Combine sugar, cocoa, salt. Mix well.

Sprinkle mixture evenly over cake batter.

Pour hot water over sugar mixture

Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes.

Serve warm.
