Ingredients
- 2 cups cubed watermelon
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup cherry syrup
- 3/4 cup Demerara or turbinado sugar
- 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Directions
- Mash watermelon to a mush. Add orange juice, lemon juice and cherry syrup.
- Mix in sugar, pour into an ice cube tray and freeze 1 1/2 hours. Empty contents into mixing bowl. Fold egg whites into melon mixture. Freeze in covered freezer container.
