Watermelon Snow

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cubed watermelon
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup cherry syrup
  • 3/4 cup Demerara or turbinado sugar
  • 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Directions

  1. Mash watermelon to a mush. Add orange juice, lemon juice and cherry syrup.
  2. Mix in sugar, pour into an ice cube tray and freeze 1 1/2 hours. Empty contents into mixing bowl. Fold egg whites into melon mixture. Freeze in covered freezer container.
