Ingredients
- 3 cups peeled, pitted, and finely chopped white peaches or nectarines (about 4 medium)
- 2 16 oz. cartons vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
Directions
- Place 1 1/2 cups of the chopped peaches in a food processor bowl or blender container with yogurt and honey. Cover and process or blend until smooth. (If using blender, blend small amount at a time and do not over blend.) Stir in remaining chopped peaches. Pour into a 2-quart pan. Cover anf freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
- Break the frozen mixture into small pieces and place in a chilled mixer bowl; beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy, starting and gradually increasing the speed. Return mixture to pan and freeze, covered, for 6 hours or until firm.
- Let frozen yogurt stand at room temperature for 10 to 20 minutes before serving.
