Pecan Pie

Serves 10 people

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 c sugar
  • Dash salt
  • 1 c dark corn syrup
  • 1/2 c butter/mar (melted)
  • 1 c pecan halves
  • Single pie crust

Directions

  1. Beat eggs slightly.

  2. Add sugar and salt, stir till dissolved.

  3. Stir in corn syrup and butter. Mix well.

  4. Stir in pecans.

  5. Pour into pie plate. Cover crust with foil.

  6. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

  7. Remove foil and bake 25 more minutes.

  8. Cool, cover and chill.
