Vanilla Pudding/Custard

Cook time: 10 minutes
Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 3 slightly beaten eggs
  • 2 c milk
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • dash salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

  1. In pan combine the eggs, milk, sugar and salt.

  2. Cook and stir over medium heat.

  3. Continue cooking egg mixture till it coats a metal spoon.

  4. Remove from heat, cool by placing in bowl of ice water. Stir 1-2 minutes.

  5. Stir in vanilla.

  6. Pour custard in bowl and over w/ plastic.

  7. Chill.
