Ingredients
- 1 (16-ounce) box rotini tri-colored pasta, cooked and drained according to package directions
- 2 cans black beans rinsed and drained well
- 1 small bag frozen corn, thawed and drained
- 1 can (10-ounces) Rotel, drained
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup white onion, chopped
- 2-3 Tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup italian dressing, or to taste
Directions

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve cold.
