Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
- 1 c oil
- 2 c sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp. vanilla
- 3 c flour
- 2 c shredded, peeled zucchini
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

Mix first 4 ingredients, then add the rest.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
