Cheese Cake

Ingredients

  • Cheesecake:
  • 2 (3oz.) pk. cream cheese
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 pk. lemon Jell-O
  • 1 container of cool whip
  • Crust:
  • 16 graham crackers
  • 6 tbsp. butter/mar (melted)
  • 6 tbsp. sugar

Directions

  1. Cheesecake:

  2. Mix sugar and cream cheese.

  3. Dissolve lemon Jell-O in 1 c hot water. (Cool some)

  4. Add Jell-O to cream cheese mixture.

  5. Fold in Cool Whip

  6. Crust:

  7. Crush graham crackers.

  8. Add butter and sugar.

  9. Pour in cheesecake mix and refrigerate.
