Cheese Cake

Ingredients
- Cheesecake:
- 2 (3oz.) pk. cream cheese
- 1 c sugar
- 1 pk. lemon Jell-O
- 1 container of cool whip
- Crust:
- 16 graham crackers
- 6 tbsp. butter/mar (melted)
- 6 tbsp. sugar

Cheesecake:

Mix sugar and cream cheese.

Dissolve lemon Jell-O in 1 c hot water. (Cool some)

Add Jell-O to cream cheese mixture.

Fold in Cool Whip

Crust:

Crush graham crackers.

Add butter and sugar.

Pour in cheesecake mix and refrigerate.
