Ingredients

• 1 (8oz) cream cheese
• 1 egg
• 1/3 c sugar
• 1/8 tsp. salt
• 1 (6oz) chocolate chips
• 1 1/2 c flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 c sugar
• 1/4 c cocoa
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1/3 c cooking oil
• 1 c water
• 1 tbsp. vinegar

Directions

1. Mix cream cheese with egg, sugar and salt.

2. Beat mixture and stir in chocolate chips.

3. Sift flour, baking soda, salt, sugar and cocoa.

4. Add vanilla, oil water and vinegar.

5. Beat until well mixed.

6. Fill cupcake 1/3 full of cocoa mixture.

7. Top with 1 tbsp. of cream cheese mixture.

8. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.

9. Make 18 cupcakes
