Ingredients

• 1 (15oz) Oreo cookies crushed
• 3/4 c margarine (melted)
• 8oz pk. cream cheese
• 16oz Cool Whip
• 1 c powdered sugar
• 1 large pk. instant chocolate pudding
• 2 c milk

Directions

1. Reserve 1 c crushed Oreos.

2. Spread remaining Oreos in 9×13 pan and pour melted margarine over cookies.

3. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

4. Mix together cream cheese, 1/2 Cool Whip and powdered sugar. Spread over cookie crust.

5. Prepare instant pudding with 2c milk. Pour over cream cheese mixture.

6. top with remaining Cool Whip and cover with cookie crumbs and gummy worms.
