Ingredients

• Cake:
• 2 c flour
• 2 sticks butter
• 1/2 c buttermilk
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 2 c sugar
• 3 tbsp. cocoa
• 1 c. Coke
• 2 eggs
• 1 1/2 c mini marshmallows
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• Icing:
• 1 stick margarine, softened
• 2 tbsp. cocoa
• 9 tbsp. Coke
• 1 box powdered sugar

Directions

1. Mix flour and sugar.

2. In a pan heat cocoa, margarine and Coke to a boil.

3. Pour into flour mixture and combine with mixer.

4. Separately beat eggs, buttermilk, vanilla and baking soda.

5. Add this to flour mixture and mix well.

6. Add marshmallows.

7. Pour into 9×13 grease pan.

8. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Cool.

9. Mix ingredients for icing and pour over cake.
