Chocolate & Peanut Butter Mousse Cheesecake

Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 1/2 c Oreo crumbs
- 1/4 c melted butter
- Mousse:
- 3/4 c peanut butter
- 5 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp. butter, softened
- 1 1/4 c powdered sugar
- 1 1/4 c heavy cream, divided
- 5 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 milk chocolate candy bar, chopped
- 1/3 c sugar
- 1/4 c milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Ganache:
- 6 oz. Bitterweet chopped chocolate
- 2/3 c heavy cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

Combine Oreos and butter.

Press into bottom of a greased 9" springform pan.

Beat peanut butter, cream cheese and butter.

Add powdered sugar. Beat until smooth.

Fold in 1 1/4 whipped cream.

Spread over the crust

In pan bring sugar and milk just to a boil.

Pour this over a combination of the chocolates and whisk smooth. Stir in vanilla.

Cool to room temp. Stir occasionally.

Fold in remaining whipped cream.

Spread over peanut butter layer.

Cover and freeze for 2 hours.

Ganace:

Bring cream just to a boil. Pour over chocolate and whisk until smooth.

Stir in vanilla.

Cool to spreading consistency.

Refrigerate unit set.
