Sweet Potato Bake

Ingredients
- Filling:
- 1 (40oz.) canned yams, drain & mash
- 1 (5oz.) evaporated milk
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp. butter, softened
- Topping:
- 1 1/2 c corn flakes
- 1/4c brown sugar
- 5 tbsp. melted butter
Directions

Filling:

Mix together all ingredients.

Place in 9×13 pan.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

Then add topping.

Mix together and sprinkle over yams.

Bake for 7 additional minutes.
