Butternut squash souffle

Ingredients
- 2 c squash, cooked and mashed
- 1 c milk
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 c sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

Melt butter. Add eggs, ginger and cinnamon.

Mix in squash, milk and sugar.

Pour ingredients in 9×13 pan.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
