Butternut squash souffle

Ingredients

  • 2 c squash, cooked and mashed
  • 1 c milk
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 1 c sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

  1. Melt butter. Add eggs, ginger and cinnamon.

  2. Mix in squash, milk and sugar.

  3. Pour ingredients in 9×13 pan.

  4. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
