- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 Tbsp. white flour
- 1 cup graham flour
- 1/4 cup corm meal
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. mace
- No. 2
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup sifted white flour
- 1 cup graham flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup molasses
- 1 cup sour milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 tsp. cloves.
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/2 cup sour milk
- 1/4 cup ground cracklings

- Mix raisins and white flour. Mix dry ingredients thoroughly. Add molasses, milk, cracklings, and raisins; mix well. Fill a greased mold 2/3 full, cover tightly and steam 3 hours. Serve with Caramel or Lemon Sauce.

- Mix raisins with 1/2 cup of the white flour. Mix remaining white flour with dry ingredients. Add molasses, milk and egg and blend thoroughly. Add raisin mixture. Fill greased pudding mold 2/3 full and steam 2 1/2 hours. Serve hot with any desired pudding sauce.
