Ingredients

• 1 cup strawberries
• dash salt
• 1 egg white, at room temperature
• 1 cup confectioners' sugar

Directions

1. Wash and hull strawberries; slice. Put in small bowl of electric mixer with dash of salt, egg white and confectioners’ sugar. Beat until very stiff. Serve with custard sauce or as a topping for angel cake or fruit.
