Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries
- dash salt
- 1 egg white, at room temperature
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
Directions
- Wash and hull strawberries; slice. Put in small bowl of electric mixer with dash of salt, egg white and confectioners’ sugar. Beat until very stiff. Serve with custard sauce or as a topping for angel cake or fruit.
