Sue’s Custard Cups

Ingredients
- 2 whole eggs
- 4 egg yolks
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
- Beat whole eggs and yolks slightly. Add sugar and salt, mixing well. Add milk and vanilla and stir. Place custard cups in a large rectangle pan.
- Pour mixture into cups. Sprinkle tops with nutmeg. Add water to pan to about 1/2-inch deep.
- Bake 325 degrees oven 25 to 30 minutes, or until just set.
