- 1 cup chilled whipping cream
- 1/4 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Basic Recipe:
- Place a rotary beater and a 1-quart bowl in the refrigerator to shill.
- Using chilled bowl and beater, beat chilled whipping cream until soften peaks form.
- Beat confectioners’ sugar and vanilla into whipped cream with few final strokes until blended.
- Set in refrigerator if not using immediately.

Note; Mixture may be tinted by gently stirring in one or more drops of food coloring.

Mocha Whipped Cream
- Follow recipe. Sift 1 tsp. instant coffee with sugar.

Rum Whipped Cream
- Follow recipe. Substitute 1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. rum or vanilla extract.

Almond Whipped Cream
- Blanch sliver and toast 1/2 cup almond and set aside. Follow recipe; substitute 1/4 tsp. almond extract for vanilla extract. Fold the almonds into the whipped cream after blending in the sugar and extract.
