Tangy Berry Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 envelope plain gelatin
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 envelope (2 oz.) whipped topping mix
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted

Directions

  1. Combine gelatin, orange juice, sugar and salt in saucepan; heat stirring over medium heat until gelatin is dissolved. Fold in cranberry sauce and chill until mixture begins to thicken. Prepare whipped topping mxi as package directs; fold into gelatin mixture. Fold in almonds and turn into bowl. Chill until set.
