Vanilla Chiffon Dessert

Ingredients
- 1 envelope Know unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 tsp. Sweet 'N Low (3 packets)
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
- In medium saucepan, mix Knox gelatin with Sweet "N Low. Blend in egg yolks beaten with milk. Let stand 1 minute. Stir over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved about 5 minutes; add vanilla. Pour into large bowl and chill. Stirring occasionally until mixture mounds slightly when dropped form spoon.
- In medium bowl, beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into gelatin mixture. Turn into dessert dishes and chill until set. Garnish if desired, with chocolate wafer crumbs or sprinkles.
