Ingredients
- 1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) granulated gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 4 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 pint cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
- Follow standard directions for making the gelatin. As soon as it begins to congeal, add the cream. Flavor with vanilla.
- Turn into a mold and place on ice to harden. Serve with maple syrup.

Variation: Using the same ingredients, whip cream and fold into the dissolved gelatin and sugar mixture. Mold.
