Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 6 Tbsp. raisins or pitted and halves prunes or 12 pitted dates, chopped
Directions
- Blend milk, eggs, sugar vanilla and salt. Pour into six 6-oz. greased custard cups and sprinkle with raisins. Set custards in baking pan on rack in oven and pour about 1-inch boiling water in pan. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 40 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool.
