Yorkshire Pudding

Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 12 sausage, small link or patties
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

  1. Beat the eggs slightly and add 1/2 the milk.
  2. Sift dry ingredients together and add remaining milk.
  3. Place the small sausages in the bottom of baking dish and pour on the well beaten pudding mixture.
  4. Bake 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
