Ingredients
- 3 bananas, sliced
- 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen peach slices, thawed and drained
- 3 cups sponge cake crumbs or cubes
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon flavored gelatin
- 1 pkg. (3 1/4 oz.) vanilla pudding and pie filling mix
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Directions
- Place fruits in bottom of a deep serving bowl. Sprinkle with cake crumbs.
- Prepare gelatin according to package directions. Cool slightly. Pour evenly over fruit-cake mixture. Do not stir. Chill until set.
- Prepare pudding according to package directions. Cool slightly. Pour over chilled gelatin mixture. Chill thoroughly. When ready to serve garnish with whipped cream.
