Meatballs Parmigiana

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried onion flakes
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 4 oz Mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except marinara and Mozzarella in a large bowl; mix well and form into 2" balls (about 15-20 count)

  2. Place meatballs in a greased dish and bake at 350* for 20 min

  3. Remove from oven and spoon about 1 tbsp marinara sauce over each meatball and top with Mozzarella cheese; bake for 20 more min until heated through and cheese is melted
