Meatballs Parmigiana

Serves 6 people
Ingredients
- 1.5 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried onion flakes
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 4 oz Mozzarella cheese
Directions

Combine all ingredients except marinara and Mozzarella in a large bowl; mix well and form into 2" balls (about 15-20 count)

Place meatballs in a greased dish and bake at 350* for 20 min

Remove from oven and spoon about 1 tbsp marinara sauce over each meatball and top with Mozzarella cheese; bake for 20 more min until heated through and cheese is melted
