Popcorn Cake

Ingredients

  • 12 cups popped popcorn
  • 1 cup pretzel sticks (broken up)
  • 2 cups mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup butter (plus more to prepare pan)
  • 20 ounces mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles

Directions

  1. Prepare a large tube pan by buttering the sides.

  2. To a large mixing bowl add the popcorn, pretzel sticks, chocolate chips, and butterscotch chips. Toss to combine and set aside.

  3. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.

  4. Add the marshmallows to the pan and stir until melted.

  5. Immediately pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the popcorn mixture and stir until fully combined. Add in the sprinkles and mix.

  6. Pour into the prepared tube pan and allow to sit until fully cooled.

  7. When ready to serve, loosen the edges and turn the cake out onto a platter or cake stand and cut into slices.

  8. Tips: Replace filling with your favorite candies!
