Cranberry Apple Crumble

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c flour
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 1/4 c packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 c chilled butter, cut in small pieces
  • 6 c sliced, peeled apples
  • 1 c fresh cranberries
  • ⅓ c fresh orange juice
  • 2 T sugar
  • 1 T corn starch

Directions

  1. eheat oven to 375.

  2. Combine apples, cranberries in a 2 quart baking dish.. Combine juice, 2T sugar and cornstarch and pour over apple mixture.

  3. Combine flour, sugar and brown sugar. Cut in the butter to form crumble.

  4. Sprinkle Apple mixture with crumble and bake at 375 for 40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
