white Chocolate Bread Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread, diced into 1/4-inch pieces
- 24 whole eggs
- 4 cups sugar
- 2 quarts heavy cream
- 2 quarts half and half
- 3 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups pecans
- 1 lb. chopped white chocolate
Directions
- Place diced French bread on a sheet pan, toast until brown. Spray baking pan with nonstick spray and place toasted bread in pan. In a separate pan, mix heavy cream, half and half, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Mix well and add to the bread.
- Add white chocolate and pecans and mix thoroughly, making sure that all the bread is wet. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour; uncover and bake at 300 degrees for an additional 45 minutes to 1 hour.
