Ingredients
- 1/3 lb. blanched almonds, finely ground
- 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 Tbsp. rum or kirsch
Directions
- To finely ground blanched almonds, mix confectioners’ sugar. Set aside.
- Cream butter until softened. Beat in egg yolks and rum. Beat until well blended. Blend in almond-sugar mixture until smooth.
