Caramel Apple Blox

Ingredients
- 4 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups apple juice, heat to boiling
- 1/2 cup caramel or butterscotch flavored ice cream topping
- 1 1/2 cups chopped peeled apple
Directions
- In large bowl, mix Knox gelatin and sugar; add hot juice and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Blend in ice cream topping and apples. Pour into 8 or 9-inch square pan and chill until firm.
- To serve, cut into 1-inch squares.
- Store tightly covered, in the refrigerator.
