Southwestern Chicken

Use Ro Tel dice toatoes with green chilies mild
Slow Cooker

Ingredients
- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 jar (16 ounces) chunky salsa, divided
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each)
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces of sour cream

In a 5-qt. slow cooker,add chiken combine the corn, black beans and diced tomatoes

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meat is tender. pour salsa over chicken 1/2 hour before its done. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
