Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 oz. chocolate, melted
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions
- Beat egg whites until frothy and add sugar gradually, beating well after each addition. Fold in chocolate and vanilla. Drop from spoon onto cookie sheet covered with wet unglazed paper. Bake in slow oven (275 degrees) 50 to 60 minutes.
