2-Ingredient Pizza Crust Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 cup self-rising flour, plus more as needed
- 1 (7oz.) container plain low-fat Greek yogurt (about 1 cup)
- Cornmeal, for dusting
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided use
- 30 slices pepperoni
- 1/2 small yellow or orange bell pepper, very thinly sliced1/2 Anaheim pepper, very thinly sliced
- 1/2 small Vidalia onion, very thinly sliced
Directions
- Heat oven to 475 degrees. In a medium bowl, stir together the self-rising flour and yogurt. When mixture forms a rough, shaggy dough, turn it out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5 minutes, working in additional flour as necessary to create a smooth dough.

Press or roll dough to form a 14-inch circle.
- Very lightly dust a pizza stone or baking sheet with cornmeal. Lay crust over cornmeal. Spread sauce evenly over crust. Sprinkle 1 cup of the cheese over the sauce, then top with pepperoni, sliced peppers and onions. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese melts and crust is golden brown.
