- 32 oz frozen tater tots
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped celery (optional)
- 11/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (I used sharp cheddar)
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup blue cheese (optional, depending on taste)
