Apricot Cream Mold

Ingredients
- 1 lb. 14oz apricot halves
- 3 oz. pkg. orange-flavored gelatin
- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 1 3oz. pkg. orange-flavor gelatin
- 1 3oz. pkg. lemon-flavor gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 1/4 cup cold ginger ale
- 1/3 cup toasted slivered almonds
Directions
- Drain apricots, reserving syrup. Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling syrup. Cool. Gradually

add to Miracle Whip, mix well. Fold in cream. Pour into 2 -quart mold, chill till almost firm.
- Dissolve gelatins in boiling water; add ginger ale. Chill slightly thickened; fold in 1 1/2 cup apricots and almonds. Pour over molded layer. Chill until firm Unmold; garnish.
