Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 6 oz. chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 25 Oreo cookies
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 gal. ice cream
- 1 cup Spanish nuts
- Cool Whip
Directions
- Combine first 4 ingredients; cook 8 minutes or until thick. Allow to cool completely.
- Crush Oreo cookies. Melt butter in 9 × 13 inch dish. Sprinkle crumbs, pat down.
- Cover cookie crust with ice cream; freeze.
- When fudge has cooled, pour over ice cream, sprinkle with nuts; freeze. Top each serving with dollops of Cool Whip.
