Buster Bar Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 6 oz. chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 25 Oreo cookies
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 gal. ice cream
  • 1 cup Spanish nuts
  • Cool Whip

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients; cook 8 minutes or until thick. Allow to cool completely.
  2. Crush Oreo cookies. Melt butter in 9 × 13 inch dish. Sprinkle crumbs, pat down.
  3. Cover cookie crust with ice cream; freeze.
  4. When fudge has cooled, pour over ice cream, sprinkle with nuts; freeze. Top each serving with dollops of Cool Whip.
